Aluminum Intake Manifold
We are a professional wholesaler of aluminum intake manifold. Our products have been certified under the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 core management systems. In accordance with the mechanical performance and compliance requirements for aluminum alloy materials, our products have undergone material composition analysis (MTR),comply with the REACH and RoHS environmental directives, and have had their material data entered and declared in the IMDS system, where they have been assigned ID numbers. Thanks to their excellent pressure resistance and heat dissipation performance, these products have been approved for sale in the European and American markets.

Our Ability

Advanced Casting Expertise
We specialize in high-quality Gravity Casting and Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC),ensuring dense metal structures with minimal porosity. Our expertise in aluminum alloy heat treatment (such as T6 process) significantly enhances the tensile strength and durability of the manifolds to withstand high-boost pressures.

Precision
CNC Machining
Equipped with multi-axis CNC machining centers,we achieve micron-level precision on critical sealing surfaces and sensor mounting points. Our advanced machining ensures perfect flatness and alignment, preventing vacuum leaks and ensuring seamless integration with the cylinder head.

Internal Flow Optimization
Beyond external casting,we focus on internal surface smoothness.Through specialized sand core technologies or secondary port polishing,we minimize airflow resistance and turbulence, maximizing volumetric efficiency and horsepower gains for high-performance engines.

Rigorous Testing & Material Validation
Every manifold undergoes 100% pressure leak testing and X-ray flaw detection to guarantee structural integrity. We provide full material traceability, including MTR (Material Test Reports) and IMDS registration, ensuring our aluminum products meet global OEM standards and environmental regulations like REACH/RoHS.

Quality & Validation
For aluminum intake manifolds, the key to quality and validation lies in ensuring the density of the cast structure, the precision of the sealing surfaces, and the stability of the material under extreme thermal loads.
Aluminum intake manifolds must be able to withstand instantaneous high pressures far exceeding normal operating pressures (typically 10–15 bar or higher) to ensure that the housing does not rupture or shatter in the event of an engine backfire or a loss of control in the turbocharging system.
During the casting process, aluminum parts are prone to developing sand holes or gas pores that are invisible to the naked eye.A 100% inspection using the pressure drop method or the underwater bubble method ensures that all intake ports and connections are completely sealed, preventing unstable idle or loss of power caused by air leaks.
Quality System
Internal porosity and shrinkage cavities are the most critical defects in aluminum castings. We will perform X-ray inspection to check for internal porosity, inclusions,or porosity in the castings. We will use a spectrometer to verify the aluminum alloy grade to ensure compliance with standards.
Check the flatness of the surface in contact with the cylinder head to ensure it is within 0.05–0.1 mm.Each product must pass a water bubble test or pressure drop test before leaving the production line to ensure there are no micro-pores or leaks.
Quality & Validation
The aluminum intake manifold is subjected to repeated temperature cycles in an environment with extreme temperature variations (e.g., -40°C to +150°C).The purpose of the test is to ensure that the aluminum components, gaskets, and integrated sensors do not develop structural cracks or seal failures after thermal expansion and contraction.
Measure the airflow (CFM) in each branch of the aluminum intake manifold using a flow bench.Aluminum intake manifolds are commonly used in high-performance vehicles, and it is essential to ensure that the variation in air intake across cylinders is minimal (typically kept within 3%) to ensure smooth engine operation and maximize horsepower.
